This chapter will develop certain subjects having a common point with a nosology (disease classification) domain: the immune diseases. It will enable us to come back to the immunity concept, subject to every kind of shape, because one does not know the exact meaning of it.

ALLERGY is among the hold-all drawers of diagnosis. Everybody knows that one can be allergic to almost anything and that this affection shows the most various clinical images: respiratory, cutaneous, digestive, etc… In order to understand is, one should take into account the whole of the circumstances registered by psychism at the moment of DHS. Even after the solution of the conflict, the individual does not only remember the events and the feelings it provoked at the onset of the conflict (which, moreover, remains a "rail" facilitating further relapses) but also other recent information, issuing from the environment. The association of all these elements is memorised and the comeback of the secundary perceptions around DHS may re-stimulate it. You will find hereafter three rather simple examples illustrating this "anchoring".

A summer love affair ends up painfully. It happened in the meadows or on the first sunny days. Afterwards, the smell of hay or of another vegetal, the first warm sunrays "revive" the ancient conflict and re-stimulate it but only momentarily. And the symptoms of the ancient disease (1^st but most often 2^nd phase) will reappear. The localisation, e.g. at the level of the respiratory mucosa or of the epiderm, will be related to the initial conflict.

A person possessing – and consequently particularly loving – an animal lives a separation conflict. She soothes her grief by a closer relation with her cat or her dog ("animals are more loyal than men"). Then appear the cutaneous irritations characteristic of the second phase of a separation conflict. Vicious circle and iatrogenous impact will do the rest: she realises her irritative reaction with her animal and the medical analyses will confirm the presence of responsible antibodies… even if she had this animal for years! And well after the solution of the separation conflict from the partner, she is again confronted with a new separation conflict from her animal; the proof being that if she cuddles it a little bit too much …

The barbecue forecasted a pleasant evening but it was, however, spoiled by a humiliating reflection on the cooking of the meat or by a burglary attempt at the front of the house while everybody was in the back garden. The conflict e.g. of an indigest, auditive or anxious type will be reactivated by the smell of a barbecue, or even by the sputtering of broiling meat. In the same line, in order to understand alimentary aversion and intolerance, the circumstances of the first meal "ending badly" should be studied rather than its content …

With AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES, one even goes a step further: it is not the little speed excess of our immune system being at the origin of the sneezes or of the swelling as untimely as unexplained, but the slow destruction of our organs. Departing from this concept slowly extending its application field, one observes antibodies not directed towards our lifelong microbial enemies, but against one’s own tissues. The comprehension of this phenomenon (descriptive and not causal) still goes through the biological laws : the antibodies do participate in the complex tissue destruction mechanism but only in the first phase of the diseases developing according to the second concrete case. And one will not find ulceration, lysis or other cellular suppression without any previous conflict targeting the diseased organ.

The IMMUNODEFICIENCY concept, of which A.I.D.S. is presently holding the record, is entirely logical if one considers this function as being exclusively an antimicrobial defence system. Having dealt with this system in the fourth biological law, we will only repeat here that, in fact, it concerns a system of modulation of the microbial work. One could compare it with a door: it will stay closed in the first phase of a conflict and will only open after the solution of the conflict … to close again when the reparation is completed. In order to ensure this role, its good functioning is necessary, of course, and every iatrogenous affection will have repercussions that will lead to reinforcement by means of antibiotics and other drugs because the organism will not be able to correctly settle its infectious phase.

Let us finish with the recurrent question of VACCINES. Considering this fourth chapter and the fourth biological law, the answer as to their efficacy is easily deductible. And the reader will not be surprised of the following facts: the official decreasing curves (and also the increasing ones as for example during and after war or famine) of important diseases are not modified by the application of vaccines, one even often observes a slowing down of this decrease starting with vaccination, there is no significant morbidity modifications between countries with or without vaccination; one may have the same infectious disease more than once and even be affected by an affection considered severe; Dr. M.H. Erickson has been affected twice by poliomyelitis (at 17 and 49 years of age): an "attenuated" or incomplete microbe can it be more efficient than the immunity classically conferred by disease itself?
