You can see on that picture the height of the surviving Dun Telve Broch (around 8 metres) and the small entrance.
On the right of the passageway (not visible here), there is a small cell for dog and after it, a more larger cell, carved in the wall, for a guard.
There must have been a wooden door, blocked by timber.
The large stones in front of the entrance are the remains of huts (probably built long after the broch).
