You are standing on the ruined circular wall of the broch, inside of it, at that level there is only one massive wall.
Slightly on the right is the entrance of the broch and you can see the entrance of the guard cell - which roof collapsed. This collapse is visible in the middle of the picture.
Note the scarcement that runs around the wall.
Not visible here, there are 4 huts built outside the broch, using the wall of it as part of theirs. An enclosure runs surrounds the whole.
