Technical and/or Administrative 

I was hired in July 27^th, 1982 by JUVENILE'S WELFARE STATE FOUNDATION - FEBEM ("FUNDAÇÃO ESTADUAL DO BEM ESTAR DO MENOR - SP") - in the position of office clerk, level - RE: 7775-6, when I was appointed to work in Tatuapé District, at 2031, Celso Garcia Avenue, where is located the larger Complex of FEBEM Unities,  for Adolescents authors of Infraction Acts, who are placed under Judiciary confinement .
Since I was hired by FEBEM, I keep daily contacts with the adolescents considered of serious nature, from 14 to 18 years old age group (infraction acts characterized in the Brazilian Penal Code as  homicides, armed robberies, stuprums, drug traffics, etc).

 In the year 1985

I was promoted Office Clerk, level III, and continued
 working at the same Confinement Unity for Adolescents Infractors considered of Serious Nature, called at that time Sorting Unity III, ("Unidade de Triagem III") actual Educational Unity 12 ("Unidade Educacional 12"). In that period, I acquired experience in all technical/administrative sectors, where I have been in contact with the Infancy and Youth Offices, in the annexation of technical reports (Adolescents documentation) to the processes in course. At that time the Infancy and Youth Judgeship was located at Ulisses Cruz Street.

Note: All employees of the Adolescents Infractors Unity, are in daily contact with the internees, forming a total integration, each one at it's level (more and less contact).

In the year 1986

Promoted Trainee Auditor, and assigned to the 
 Internal Audit Supervision - Sector connected directly to the Office Command of the Presidency of FEBEM. During that period, I improved all Administrative and Technical knowledge in Infractor Adolescents Unities. 

In the year 1987

I was assigned to hold the office of Administrative Department Head of the Infractors Unity, commissioned, according to the article 450 of CLT (Working Laws Consolidation).
From 1987 to 1988, I have performed this function working in the Female Infractors Unity, from 14 to 18 years old age group, located, at that time, at Rodovia Raposo Tavares Km 19.5, Jardim Arpoador.
From 1988 to 1991, performing the same function, I took part in the creation of the Young Adult Unity, in Tatuapé's Complex, whose characteristic was the restraint of teen-agers who have committed any infractional act on the brink of the penal majority accomplishment, and of those teen-agers that accomplished this majority.  Age group: from 18 to 21 years old. Pioneer Unity in Brazil.

In the year 1991

Assigned to the position of Unity Director, commissioned in accordance to the article 450 of CLT (Working Laws Consolidation).
 Designated to assume the Educational Unity 14 with lodging capability for 60 serious nature adolescents from 14 to 18 years old age group. In this Unity, during the 1992 rebellion, occured the fact that, the internal adolescents, in an integration with the employees team, refused to join the rebellious and, in a joint consent, kept the Unity inviolable during all these days. Tatuape Complex suffered an almost complete destruction, inclusively with fire whose bigger one occurred in FEBEM’s Headquarters where were located the Presidency Office and the Advisory Groups, amongst other Departments. This Unity (Educational Unity 14) kept organized.

In the year 1992

By reason of labour agreement alteration, and its consequent change of administration rules, with the adoption of registration in the Employment and Social Welfare Book ("Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social"), ceased the provisional duty and I was promoted Director of Unity.

 In November 1992, I was transferred , to take over the Lead of the Provisory Lodging Unity I ("Unidade de Acolhimento Provisório I"), located at "Rodovia dos Imigrantes". This Unity fundamental characteristic was the fact of being the Adolescents Start in the Institution. 
The adolescents are put on the way of confinement, according to judicial measures promulgated by District Judges from the several Judiciary Districts of São Paulo State. 
 That Unity, at that time, lodged 300 internal adolescents.
Remarks: The Unity Director technical/administrative job routine was based on the Coordination with the Technical Sector (Technical Department Head, Social Welfare Assistants e Psychologists); the Shift Co-ordination Sector (Co-ordinators and Monitors); and the Administrative Sector (Administrative Department Head and Clerks). Besides of those contacts with the Infancy and Youth Judgeships, I have also made external contacts with Consular Authorities and Federal Police for repatriation of Immigrant Adolescents.

In the year 1993

I was encharged to develop the Small Boarding Schools Project.
 The North Hillside ("Encosta Norte") ( see  ) that is located in Encosta Norte Village, at 200, Ari Cordovil Street, near by Jardim das Oliveiras, was the first Small Boarding School inaugurated and the Pilot Project for the inauguration of other four that came next. From the fundamental purposes, it was determined as priority the treatment of the adolescents with respect and discipline, besides of the personalized technical work, mainly due to the population volume of 40 youths.

In the period comprised between the years 1995 - 1996

In the position of Director of Unity, I was commissioned Technical Assistant, assigned at FEBEM Presidency Office Command. 

In the year 1999

Actual Activities: Placed in the Technical Division 6 ("Divisão Técnica6"), as Technical Assistant, since 1996. The job I am actually developing is not a team co-ordination job, what is inherent to this position. 
Currently I am in charge of the direct attendance to the adolescents that accomplish Judicial Measures of Assited Freedom in Francisco Morato (Municipality no more attended by this technician), Franco da Rocha (Municipality attended), Mairiporã (Municipality attended), Caieiras (Municipality attended) and Guarulhos (Municipality attended) Regions. 
My efforts are addressed to adolescents guidance and direction, keeping the respective Districts Judges up-to-date through Informative and Conclusive Attendance Reports, when expires the imposed measure term. 
This task afforded me a wider work experience regarding to the existing problems that the infractor youth faces to re-enter  the society in a respectable way, as well as the several families attended sociofinancial position and situation. 
 Performing this activity, I acquired, improved and assimilated a large range of new knowledge in  evaluating the adolescents and their relatives, distant from the Institution walls.

In the year 2002 - November
Designated to assume the Educational Unity 30 - Districts Franco da Rocha

Remarks: Ex-Director of Encosta Norte Small Boarding School, Mr.Caio José Almeida de Sousa,  knows the daily routine applied during the period from 1993 to 1995, together with the employees and the adolescents, as well as he is able to appraise the Boarding School material needs.
