GENERAL SECRETARIAT

The statutes make provision for a General Secretariat which is to be the organ through which the Association conducts its business. The Secretariat, according to the Statutes, is located in Monrovia, Liberia. However, it is presently situated temporarily at Kumasi, Ghana.
