Balloon Help for Tcl

This implements balloon help !
This is pure Tcl code - not a C extension.

Current version is 1.2 (Sep 21 2000)

You can download the Tcl/Tk source text :

I you have Tcl plugin installed , use shift<Button> to download the files to avoid the plugin to be launched !

The balloon.tcl text is about 2.4 Kbytes of pure Tcl/Tk code.
