 Terragen : script it !

With the long awaited TG6.28 scripting language, you can render frames sequences to generate animations. For each frame you may use differents sun/camera/target positions. A cloud scrolling feature is also added.

 takeoff
takeoff
takeoff.bik, 668 Ko, 128 frames, 200x100
A tiny anim to test RAD encoding, witch looks promishing and almost better than mpg professionnal encoders. Nevertheless, I will keep on using mpg, as it is a standard format (Bink is only available for win32).

 A day in the mountain
journée 02
journee02.mpeg, 691 Ko, 178 frames, 400x100
A 180 frames day ; cloud scrolling and sunset.

Script language does not include atmospheric settings yet.

An impossible day in the mountain
journee 03
journee03.mpeg, 1371 Ko, 358 frames, 400x100
Same as above, but 24h (360 frames) and sun with constant height to see how shadow is working.

 Lights on a lake
lac
lac.mpeg, 316 Ko, 178 frames, 400x100
A day near a lake.

 Landing
lac
vagues.mpeg, 798 Ko, 145 frames, 100x400
Walking on waves.

 Backward
val
val.mpeg, 471 Ko, 360 frames, 400x100
A backward flight above hills. Unfortunately, the Grey Void is apparent.

 Circles
circle
circle.mpeg, 633 Ko, 254 frames, 400x100
Circular path, terrain/config/script here.

Could be the last script I wrote manually, because lots of scripting tools are coming.

to be continued ....
