La fédération de cercles photographiques ( FCP ) représente l'aile francophone et germanophone de la fédération belge ( FBCP ). * Elle a pour objet la pratique de la photographie, sa propagation et sa diffusion. * Elle organise des concours dans les disciplines pratiquées, noir et blanc, papier couleur, diapositive, diaporama et série sonorisée. * Elle édite bimestriellement, une revue photographique de prestige « Images Magazine ». * Elle organise chaque année un salon fédéral avec les photographies distinguées  dans ses concours. Des photothèques circulent au sein des cercles affiliés, constituées à partir des œuvres distinguées. * Elle est le lien entre les cercles, les ententes et les associations qui ont pour but de promouvoir la photographie.

		The « Fédération de Cercles Photographiques » (FCP) represents the French and German-speaking part of the Belgian federation (FBCP). * His aim is to  practice,  propagate and distribute photography.  * It organizes contests in the various categories: black and white, color, slides, diaporama and wired for sound series.  * Every two months it publishes  a photographic review entitled " IMAGES Magazine ". * Every year it organizes a federal show with the photographs selected in its contests.  Series of photographs are circulated in the affiliated clubs, made up of the photographs selected at the contests.  * It is the link between the clubs and associations which aim is to promote photography.

		De "Fédération de Cercles Photographiques " (F.C.P)  vertegenwoordigt de frans- en duitstalige vleugel van de belgische federatie (F.B.C.P). * Zij heeft tot doel de fotografie te beoefenen, er propaganda voor te maken en ze te verspreiden. * Zij organiseert wedstijden in de volgende diciplines : zwart/wit, kleur, dia en audio-visueel presentaties. * Alle twee maanden geeft zij een prestigieus fototijdschrift uit, genaamd " Images Magazine ". * Ieder jaar organiseert zij een federale tentoonstelling met fotos die verkozen werden in de wedstrijden. * Fotoseries die gekozen werden in de wedstrijden, worden in de aangesloten verenigingen in omlooop gebracht. * Zij is de verbinding tussen de verenigingen en clubs die tot doel hebben de fotografie te promoten.

		Der "Fédération de Cercles Photographiques" (FCP) vertritt den französich- und deutschsprachigen Teil des belgisches Verband (FBCP). * Sein Aufgabengebiet ist die Praxis der Fotografie, ihre Propagation und ihre Verbreitung. * Er organisiert Wettbewerbe in verschiedenen Kategorien: Schwarzweiß, Farbe, Dias und Tonbildschau. * Er gibt alle zwei Monaten eine angesehene Fotozeitschrift " Images Magazine " heraus. * Jedes Jahr organisiert er eine Bundesausstellung mit ausgewählten Fotos aus den Wettbewerben. * Fotoserien, die in den Wettbewerben ausgewählte worden sind, durchlaufen die angeschlossenen Vereine. * Er ist die Verbindung zwischen den Vereinen und die Clubs, die als Ziel die Förderung der Fotografie haben.
