Mixed hardware & software project

We are two engineers, with PhDs in Electronics and Computer Science,
both from the same French school (CNAM, Conservatoire National des Arts
et Metiers).
After more than 6 years working as wage-earners, we have decided to
start our own business.
We offer to develop, "free of charge", a mixed hardware/software
project.
For you, the bonus is the cost!
For us, it's a way to make sure the project fulfils a market requirement.
We will take on the project that has the most technical interest and
the best commercial potential.
In view of our available resources, this project should not require
more than one man-year.
