One-to-One tuitions:

It is stated in Yoga texts, that every yoga practice should be adapted to one's constitution, health, inner power, and psychic balance, in order to attune the mind to the peace and grace emanating from the higher self. The ancient practice of hatha yoga harmonises body, breath and mind using a series of postures or "asanas".

Shri T. Krishnamacharya taught that Yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) should be adapted to respect individual differences in age, physical and mental health, culture, religion, philosophy and occupation.

As Ayurveda is the science of life and longevity, Yoga is the science of liberation and spiritual upliftment, coming from the same source : the greater system of Vedic sciences passed on from the ancient seers, the Rishis of the Himalayas. In our school, every student practices accordingly to the determination of his own Prakruti (Ayurvedic constitution) to find balance and harmony wich is health of the body and peace of the mind. He receives a progressive program, including a sequence of asanas with specific breathing which are most suited to his individual needs:

THE INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION PROGRAM utilises a step-by-step, systematic approach, optimal for every level of experience, progressively developing skill in action. This traditional way of teaching creates a focussed atmosphere for self study (Swadyaya) beside structural work while personal instruction and adjustements are provided in depth. Some suggestions may also be given for changes in the diet according to Ayurveda.
The Progressive Individual Yoga Instruction (Sadhana) is given in One-to-one tuition to vegetarian students only. Group Sessions will be available early morning (6am) and evening (6pm) during workshops. This complete, transformative process fosters qualities of dynamism, resilience and independence.
