a Site for Teachers of English (as a Foreign Language) for Engineering |
Make
the collection available to visitors so they can download from it.
Visitors are also invited to help enlarge the resources by contributing
their own items.
In addition, the site also includes a list of technology-oriented
resource Websites, an extensive list of EST links, some tips for novice
teachers as well as several pages for French BTS teachers.
If you have found EFL Tech - France worth visiting, do invite friends and colleagues to have a look. Although the site is based in France I would not like it to remain 'hexagonal' as we say here (i.e. France-centered), and I hope to hear from teachers both in France and from everywhere in the world.

Dear visitors, I am sorry to inform you that this is the last update of the site. You may know that I retired over a year ago. Since then I have tried to maintain this site and add some more new documents that I had prepared for my classes two or three years ago. But everything has an end: I am no longer able to design new exercises and now that the last items I have have been uploaded, well, that is all... unless I am sent some new contributions. In this case, I will immediately place them here. This means that the site is not closing down, but it is now up to you to make it live... When I designed the first pages of the site back in 1995, I did not know how long I would continue working on it. But some of you have encouraged and advised me and this has prompted me to carry on. I do that hope some of you have found the site useful at times. If it has been, I feel I am fully rewarded. Thanks to everyone, for their contributions, pieces of advice, and encouragement. Before I leave for long holidays (!), I have uploaded three last documents: the Interactive Web Activity ( Microtechnology) I had announced for several months and that never came. Here it is at last. Then, two other texts, Global System for Mobile Communications and The World's Latest Computer, a document that my students liked very much. Once again, sincere thanks to everyone. Vive valeque.
