09/11/2000 : Well, seems like this site is Y2K complient ! Found 2 new watches (from 1983), on the Other Page.  The Feedback page now works OK. Please fill it in. it's easy and allow me to improve this site.  If I disappeared from Altavista (God know why), I'm now ranked #1 on Yahoo ! The proof :

And yes, I finally wrote (on December 20th) to Chronoswiss to ask them what is their OFFICIAL position about my site.   To date, no replies !

23/11/99 : Lot's of news, but mainly invisible ones. I now use Dreamweaver 2 as HTML editor. Plus some new pictures here and there (including 2 beautiful pictures of a Calendar watch). I try to do a Feedback form, but have some problems with it.
As Chrismas is not too far away, I decided to make a Wish List for Santa Gerd Lang. You can help me by adding more Whishes.
Did I mention the AnyClock page that allows you to have your own Chronoswiss on your computer screen.
Plus I'm now ranked 2nd on Yahoo, but seems to have completly disappear from Altavista.

07/11/99 : Whow !  3 months that I haven't worked on this site.  Well, not exactly, as I've been trying stuff that I could add here.  Some I won't, some I will.   But for now, check at the Caliber page.  And have a look at the "Absolut Chronoswiss" advertisment parody.  Plus new pictures on the Other Page.

07/08/99 : Added a page on a Fake (?) Chronoswiss Régulateur that someone sold on Ebay.  Check it and tell me what you think.

29/07/99 : Still improving the site.  I found new Chronoswiss watches (see the Other Watches page).  And something funny : if you search on Altavista for "chronoswiss" (with lower C), I'm ranked 1st (see picture bellow) !  And if you search for "Chronoswiss" (with capital C), I'm around 22nd !

27/07/99 : Seven days !  It took me seven days to display and arrange all the pictures !  Never thought it'd take so long.  I hope you like it.  I had to balance between the size of the thumbnails pictures and their quality.

17/07/99 : Finally some pictures on this site !  First try is on the Cabrio page.  What do you think ?

03/07/99 : Following an excellent advice from Stephen (RainbowKar), I include a kind of Forum / Discussion area (as in Timezone).  As I couldn't find such a thing on Internet, I choose to use a free "GuestBook" (from GuestPage.com). I hope you like it.  If you have an idea on this subject, please contact me.

16/06/99 : Received the main Chronoswiss catalog (70 pages, 24 x 17 cm).  When I'll get a working scanner, I'll put the pictures.  And in this catalog, there is a picture ol an old Chronoswiss model : the HORA., and 2 strange versions of the Kairos Chronograph.  About Alatavista, I really don't understand how they rank the Internet sites.  My site travels from rank 21st to 3rd and back to 25th.  Anyone have a clue ?

04/06/99 : Added a lot of descriptions for the watches.  The texts are taken from the book "Writwatch Annual 1999", by Peter BRAUN (editor Abbeville Press).  Very nice book with beautiful pictures.  Available at Amazon.com.

03/06/99 : Lot's of small changes, mainly new titles, made with XARA 3D.  Very impressive results with a very easy interface.  I only hope it won't slow down too much the site.

20/05/99 : If you are like me : you HATE commercial banners on sites, you will be happy : I found out a way to get rid of them.  Unfortunately, it only works for my site ! 

18/05/99 : The list of the Official Dealers is now complete.  I removed the Contact page, as it was useless.

17/05/99 : Added some META information on the pages, to try to improve the ranking of this site on the Search Engines (which is currently quite low !).  This change is invisible for you.  HOT NEWS : I've just checked Alavista, and my site is now ranked # 3 !  Simply by changing the site title from "The Unofficial Chronoswiss Page" to "Chronoswiss : the Unofficial site".  Cooool !

15/05/99 : Tadaaaa !  I got it !  My own Delphis.  Just received it from Silvermagic.  Individually numbered 1529, in Steel.

12/05/99 : Added another excellent review on the Delphis, and a link to a site and to a picture of Gerald Genta's Retro watch, to be compared to the Delphis.  And I'm still waiting for MY Delphis to arrive.  Why does it take sooooo long ?

10/05/99 : It seems like I discover a new Chronoswiss watch every week !  This time, it's a "Chronoswiss Kelek" watch.  Found it on a german site.   I also added a Kairos Chronograph Medium page.  I really don't understand why Chronoswiss named this watch like that.  And while looking at Leo Hamel's site, I also discovered a Pacific Chronograph.  I also gave the Rattrapante watch a real page, as it seems to be still available.  Phew !

30/04/99 : The Chronoswiss Price List is now in English.  Added some internal links.   I also add a link to a good site counter.  I also received the Chronoswiss Catalog.  I will therefore add some information and pictures on this site soon.

07/04/99 : Added a testimony by Chronopassion.

06/04/99 : Added a strange Chronoswiss Model : a Quantieme Perpetuel.  Not sure of the name of the watch !

31/03/99 : Added the Calibers page.  I hope to be able to add more information soon.

30/03/99 : Got permission from sinErgo.  They told me it's "sinErgo", and not "SinErgo", as I wrote.   Added some information on the "Other Watches" page.  Also added the "Pacific 100" watch, which I found on www.ebay.com (also got permission from seller).

29/03/99 : Corrected one bad link on the Watches-Other page, and one link is in Chinese, not Japanese.

25/03/99 : Correct some mistakes, including the famous "Nairobi" watch, which only existed in my head  (it was in fact a Kairos Chronograph Medium).  Added the "Chronoswiss Reference guide", because I'm lost with the Chronoswiss reference coding system.

24/03/99 : A lot of work done today !  I spend almost all day designing the site, adding new pages, checking links, and searching on the Internet other sites and pictures.

23/03/99 : I think it would be better to have the site in English from the start. Will have to translate what I already done.   Add the "Update" page (this one).

22/03/99 : I decide to create an Unofficial Chronoswiss page. I write to Mr Lang for permission. I start designing the first pages in french.

20 and 21/03/99 : I search information on the Net for Chronoswiss. There is no official page. Most pages are watch sellers.

19/03/99 : On the TimeZone 'Sales Corner', there is a Delphis (steel and Gold) to sell, from Silvermagic

18/03/99 : Someone talks to me about the Delphis and says it's a very nice watch by a great company (Chronoswiss)

1998 : I notice a Chronoswiss Delphis in a french Watch magazine (can't remember which one). Hum ! Nice watch.
