* Two years after "Tattoo", Jay Jay Johanson is coming back with the album
"Poison", release in France on April 19th, 2000. The single "Keep it a
secret", with more electric guitar, will be released in the end of February.
* ARTE (french television) will brodcast a one hour long documentary about Jay Jay Johanson on January 16. They filmed it in Jay Jay's hometown at the west coast of Sweden, in his parents house, in Stockholm and in the festival 'La Route du Rock' in Saint-Malo.

* Jay Jay and his musicians plan to start recording the third album
in april or may.
* Jay Jay will play a small gig with his pianoplayer at the museum of
modern art in Strasbourg on January 7. It's possible they play new songs.
Other plans is to start next tour in Italy and Canada in March.

* Jay Jay Johanson's new album "Tattoo" is being distributes more widely thanks to the help of two
ambassadors: the English Geoff Barrow (Portishead) and the Scottish Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins). The first sinle, "Lychees", is available
on the compilation "Un printemps 98", sent to the subscribers of the French magazine "Les Inrockuptibles."
* Jay Jay Johanson also wrote the music for French designer José Levy's summer collection fashion show (January 23, 1998).
