Welcome to the Vexillological information Bulletin FLAG REPORT.

With this Bulletin is intended to reach the following objective:

• 1) information Exchange.
• 2) Vexillological novelties diffusion .
• 3) Data Summary.
• 4) Discussion Forum.

As achieving these objectives?

• 1) - In my data base are found currently some 57.000 flag images of everybody from 1789 until the present time. Also I possess various material related to the vexillology. All or part of this information can be exchanged by similar importance information, and by so much the material does not be for sale.
• 2) - The vexillological novelties will appear in each review. They will be able be novelties obtained through searchs by ordinary mail, e-mail or from other sources. To each image will accompany an article on the topic in question available in english and spanish.
• 3) - In each review are shown other flags, variants, sub -national flags, aspirant peoples, etc... All the visitors of these pages are invited to amend, add, widen or in any form to modify the content.
• 4) - On the contents and poured opinions can be discussed, asked and of some form to discuss friendly and in a way serious and reasoned.

BULLETIN EXCHANGE

There are two forms from obtaining this Bulletin:

 1.- Through information exchange. - You transmit the list of the vexillological  material  of which you can transmit me copy or photocopy. Will receive the answer with the elected material. Once it received the first material shipment will begin to receive in your adress  the Bulletin in the elected version, without cost some. Also it can be exchanged with Vexillological Bulletins.

 2.- Through subscription.- If you do not possess material to exchange can be subscribed. It will have to transmit the quantities and down indicated data and once in our power will begin to receive the quarterly Bulletins.

Generally four issues are posted in each invoice.

 The Bulletin can be obtained in paper or in floppy disk and can be received by e-mail (floppy version) or ordinary post (floppy and printed versions)

 The Bulletin is not commercial. The cost of the subscription only covers the shipment expenses and of photocopys or floppy disk. The invoice is by air mail, single service of the spanish post for foreign invoices.

All issues of the previous Bulletins, it can be acquired, requested it to the address before indicated (e-mail jollec@terra.es), in exchange or through payment of the expenses.

Printed version of the Bulletins 4 to 8  only availables in this moment  in spanish version (We are working in the issues in English that will are ended in january 2001).

Spain: 500 pts each one.
Europa: 1.000 pts  (5$ or 5 Euros) each one. (by air mail, single service of the spanish post office)
Rest of the world: 1.500 pts (8$ or 8 Euros) each one. (by air mail, single service of the spanish post office)

 Issues 17, 18, 19 and  20 are part of the year 2001 subscription, but singles issues can be also purchased by not subscribed people.

INDEX:  The Index of 12 first numbers are supplied without cargo to the subscribers. The ocasional Bulletin buyers can acquire the Index to the same price that a Bulletin. They are supplied in Spanish or English and contain 17 pages.

CD with  issues 1 to 16 and supplements: 80$ or 70 Euros (Spain 6000 pts)
CD with issues 1 to 20 and supplements: 90 $ or 100 Euros or  7.000 pts (available June 2001)
