Management of sponsored funds:

Objectives seeked:

To accumulate $5 000.00 in order to purchase a racing wheelchair and associated equipment to allow me to continue the practice of my sport.

The management of sponsored funds will be made on the following basis:

• The totality of the funds will have to be used to the practice of wheelchair racing ;
• At all times, a list of the purchases made will have to be available to the sponsor for verification purposes ;
  
• Every 6 months, each sponsor will receive an update on the spending of the sponsored funds ;
  
• In case of an annual surplus, and in agreement with the sponsor, there will be an adjustment to the financial help given for the targeted year ;
  
• The visibility given to a sponsor will be decided in a formal agreement between the sponsor and the racer ;
  
• A web site will be put in operation to inform the sponsor of the results recorded by the racer in training and competition, with the calendar of the coming races ;
  
• If the need comes, the funds may be managed by the Maxime Lamothe-Brassard foundation ;
  
• In the case of an interruption of the practice of the sport, all the unused funds will be given back to the sponsor.
