m Projects carried out:

• Functional specifications for the establishment of  routers network made safe for the French National Incom Tax Department.
• Internet servers Engineering (including redundancy, hosting and maintenance) for the start-up company: Cryptalis.
• Deployement of PERLE controllers in France and in foreign countries for
  an international metal recycling company: CFFR.
• Deployement of PC to all implentations for the distribution company:
  Casino.

F From October 1998 to Mars 2000 , OTIS in the position of Technical Director

m Projects carried out:

• Animation of a team of 20 people located troughout France.
• Design of the computer network including data phone lines, Frame Relay, Wild Area Network and Local Area Networks.
• Design and operation of a Windows NT system including 85 servers located
  all over France.
• Installation of software packages (First ERP BaaN, then Siebel) for the
  Building site activity and Service.
• Upgrading and replacement of half the PC park.
• Progressive Y2K migration of all computers and softwares.
• Project control for the deployment of these studies.
• Financal follow-up of completion and realization of the many deployement.
• Cost reduction of running operation.
• Improvement of the Quality of Service (QoS) for the outsourced maintenance of the equipment (hardware and software).
