Here's the latest News:

- I was in the television series, "DOC" with Billy Ray Cirus which aired 2 weeks ago.

- ProLab Nutrition signed me up for sponsorship at the Everything to do With Sex Show held in Toronto while I was at the WNSO booth preparing for the show.

- In the process of completing "Film studies workshop" with Sears and Switzer acting

- For those of you who missed it in October, keep an eye out for January's repeated airings of Musclemania 2002

October 2002 :

- ok everybody!!!!! LISTEN UP! For those of you who keep on asking me, here are the dates for the Musclemania Canada 2002 competition that I competed in. I haven't seen it yet so hopefully I don't look like an idiot and hopefully they put me in the show. In the past, they only put the top 3 in each category on T.V. and the rest got suckered out. So, here are the dates:

Saturday October 26th @7pm
Sunday November 3rd @12:30am (saturday late at night)
Tuesday November 5th @ 3pm

- I got the part for an infomercial. I will update you all when it will be on television.

- I have just completed the Body for Life Challenge so check back in January for the results

- My result for MAXIM Coors Light model search in Thorold was 3rd runner up and in London, Ontario it was 1st runner up. Pick up a paper or read it on the web, the MAXIM finalists are on www.Thoroldnews.com

- I will be at the CNE in Toronto November 1st @7pm, 2 @ 3:30 and 8:30pm and 3 @ 4pm for WNSO. You can check out all of the information and directions through www.worldnaturalsports.com under "events".

- My next competition will be FAME Canada which is held in Toronto at the Convention Centre in May of 2003.
