This exploit will be carried out on a sandyacht
CLASS III, true Formula I of the beaches. The
occasion was too beautiful not to celebrate century of sandyachting: Our
three Berckois are given for objective, to beat the record established recently
on the beach of Marck: more than 1522 kilometers in 24 hours!
It's in spring 2000 that was to take place on the beach of Berck this attempt at record. Unfortunately an accident immobilized one of the pilots during several months. This delay is made profitable to complete the development of the prototype. The new period for this attempt is spring 2001, the date will be given according to the tides and of the weather. However to be validated this record must answer to the rules enacted in the appendix 10 B of the international rules of rolling and race of the Federation International of Sand and Land Yachting(FISLY).
