After several months of hibernation under shelter, the fuchsias need a certain number of cares.

First of all, you must :

•        Inspect them, see to the start of the sap, and if some parasites have appeared
  

                (fungus or alerodes).

•       Expose them, to the air, if the weather is moderate, but shelter them during      the night, because of the possible frosts until the end of April.
  

•       Repot them, ( you change the substrate for about a third of the height of the
  

               container ).

•       Water them, ( mind the draining).
  

•       Dope them, with fertilizers rich in Nitrogen ( dry blood, roasted horn, guano,         or fertilizers for geraniums).
  

So, five actions you can't do withoot.
