    Piper is a Windows program that allows you to create a camera path using b-spline math. The camera path is then used with POV-Ray for use in generating animations. It uses three views, plus a 3D perspective view to see the current path. It is currently under Beta since I am running out of time. There are some minor bugs, but it is totally functional and can produce smooth camera based animations.
