Mont St-Hilaire section-----Daniel Comtois Quebec Minerals

MONT ST-HILAIRE Qc.

The Mont St-Hilaire is located at 40 km east of Montreal in the province of Quebec, Canada. The quarry is owned by the Poudrette family. More then 300 differents minerals can be found in the site and new minerals are found every year. For all the informations from the geology to minerals descriptions of MSH, take a visit at my friend Marc Fabre website. Just click the banner.

Access to the quarry is prohibited except during expeditions of the Montreal Mineralogical Club, dates are available at our club website. Only in french for now.

The smiling man is your host during those expeditions, my friend Tony Gordian. A well knowned collector, dealer and director of expeditions for MSH  who can help you identify your finds and even offer you your missing one you are looking for.

Thank's Tony for all the time you give to all collectors!

These are specimens from that location they are placed in alphabetical order so just click on the name or TN to get to the pictures. All the minerals with a TN picture are section updated with new pics. Enjoy it !

I will insert more different minerals every time i can so come back often in that section.
