Pururun and a dreadful weapon.

2 pages from the manga.

This manga has sold out in early 1998, so it may be difficult to find one now. There may me some left in some shop but I don't know where.

Here is a page where you could order it in the past Magazine delivery. You can't get the manga from them anymore, but if you are interested in getting japanese magazines or manga, it's a good place to. (I ordered manga from them twice, and there never was any problem).

What to ask for in your search for this manga :

name : "Kyatto Ninden Teyandee"
publisher : "Media Comics"
author : Souma Tatsuya
ISBN 4-07-301180-4

Some shops where you might get it (I haven't tried them)

Try Iwase Books (there's one in Atlanta, Georgia and Vancouver, British Columbia).
Or Kinokuniya Book Store (There's one in Los Angeles, California).

Some info :

"The Kyattoninden Teyande manga was originally published in Cyber Comics, a now defunct monthly comic magazine published by Bandai. Only the first three(?) chapters were published, with the last pages asking readers to write and ask for more. Cyber Comics ceased publication about three issues later.
Bandai then started a new magazine called Comic Dyne and started the story again from the first chapter. A fourth chapter was published and then Comic Dyne ceased publication and Bandai stopped publishing books under its own name; it instead created a publishing company called Dengeki Comics (sometimes called MediaWorks).
That's when the Kyattoninden Teyande manga was finally published in its entirety as a book, along with some strips about some other Japanese shows."
David Rains

On page 18 of the manga, we can see Yattarou making comments about LDs.
In fact no LDs of the show were released, only the first 12 episodes were released on tapes. (2 per tape).
That's really a shame if you ask me. LDs would have been a good way to get the Japanese episods.
And LDs don't deteriorate like tapes...
