This weekend there might be another friendly match against SC Siemensstadt or Spandauer Kickers. Date and place are not known yet, but will be published in time.

The 1st round of the Berlin Cup Tournament will take place on September 1st. The women of Tennis Borussia are going to meet VfB Lichterfelde at our home field at 7:30 PM.

Rumours from 08/15/99:

Today's FußballWoche writes about future team-work between the women's teams of Hertha 03 Zehlendorf, last season's league champion, and Tennis Borussia, organized by the former coach of Hertha 03, Micki Rossbach. TeBe should be the A-team and Hertha the B-team. It is reported that friendly matches and a common trainings-camp at Chienbaum or Uckley are projected.

Information from 08/14/99:

The test-match did not take place, because BSV 92 arrived with 10 players only. What could be watched was an exercise-match, which our girls won by 8 - 0. Although the adversary was quite weak, the women of Tennis Borussia showed good team-work and some really fine combinations.
To sum up, it seemed as if the new players were already part of the team.

Supplement from 08/09/99:

The 1st test-match against BSV 92 has been postponed. It will take place on Saturday, 08/14/99, 5:00 PM at our Fields Am Kühler Weg, field 4. Date and place of the socalled return-match did not change though.

Information from 08/09/99:

Training of the women is scheduled for every monday, wednesday and friday at 7:00 PM on the field in front of the field, where the girls normally play. Actually they are doing cross-country course quite often and then it is hard to find them. Training on saturdays and sundays takes place at changing times and has to be asked for individually.
